High-end New Homes

 

This is our where we feel we exceed our competitors.  As a smaller business we have the size to complete any size of new home and recently completed an 8000 sq. ft. home on SW Marine with a team of 3 painters.  We have painted numerous new homes and feel our quality exceeds most of our competition.  The benefit of using Vantage Painting for your new home painting is that every site is managed and produced by the owner, Travis Avant, who has 17 years painting experience in new construction. 

With any new construction preparation is the key to achieving a high-end finish.  We are diligent in our preparation and sufficient time must be spent in this area (most notably on trim and doors).  We are able to spray finish trim and doors or hand paint if necessary.  The approach we take is always situation dependant and will always be discussed initially while pricing the work to be done, and ongoing during the painting process.  We work with all other trades to complete the project on budget and more importantly on-time with tight deadlines.

Renovations

 

Vantage Painting treats any renovation paint project the same as it would any other new construction painting project.  All projects are viewed individually with unique deadlines, goals, concerns, expectations, and working environments.  As a smaller business, communication is streamlined and the owner will be the person involved at all levels from the quote to production and daily communication.    We are happy to work with clients on each project to discuss budget, quality, time-constraints and other issues both at the beginning and ongoing throughout the work.  Vantage Painting is always looking to develop relationships with other contractors and homeowners and be the painting company of choice for any renovation painting.

Multi-Unit Complexes and Commercial Projects

 

Vantage Painting has completed several multi-unit residennces and large scale commercial projects.  As a smaller company we are selective in the size of projects we undertake.  If we feel we are unable to undertake the project due to its size we will not accept the entire contract.  We have been hired on several occasions to complete a portion of very large projects that were divided amongst multiple painting contractors.  While we would like to complete the entire project we will only do so if we can keep our client satisfied and have the ability to meet all deadlines.
