We will design an exterior painting plan that addresses your needs and budget. We will provide a FREE, detailed estimate based on a walk-through of your home or office and a personal meeting to determine your needs. We also have the ability to bid off plans. Whether it’s the highest quality renovation of a high-rise Apartment or a simple color change on your rented office, Vantage Painting will specify the job to fit your needs.

The Painting Process

The painting process involves five main steps.

1) We start with a powerwash and bleach treatment (if needed) to remove dirt and algae from the surface.  2) Next we scrape any loose and peeling paint and sand if required under contract.  Level of preperation is specified in the contract. All bare wood is primed and cracks and gaps in siding, trim, and windows are caulked both to seal out moisture and make the work esthetically pleasing.  3) Once the preperation work is completed it is time to apply the paint.  Vantage Painting will apply paint by brush, roller, or airless sprayer as required on each job.  If spraying siding or trim an additional step is required to mask and protect windows doors and any surfaces not being painted.  4) After painting comes cleanup which is done daily and thoroughly on job completion.  5) The final stage of the process is a walk through with the home owner to show our work and attend to any defects the client may find.

The Painting Process will be explained in detail at the estimate, before the start of the job, and ongoing through daily update while the painting is being completed.

Preparation Standards
You may have heard that preparation is 80% of a paint job, and it can be true. Our estimators and crews are trained to understand exactly what you are paying for and will receive.  Levels of preperation vary and will be discussed during the estimate.

Materials
Unless otherwise requested, all our exterior painting proposals include materials. Our estimators stay up-to-date and are trained on the latest materials available. We guarantee to always use high-quality materials for all projects.  Whether your concern is high durability, the environment or your budget, we will specify a product that meets your needs.

Schedule
You can count on our painters to be honest about our ability to meet you schedule and to communicate with you about progress during the project. You can be sure that your project manager will be in touch throughout the project to ensure you are happy with the service you’re receiving.

Painting Warranty
