About 17 years ago Travis began painting houses and commercial properties working under several journeyman painters.  For several years he honed his skills as a painter while learning the trade from some of the best painters in the lower mainland.  At the time Travis did not know he would one day own a painting business but he did enjoy doing the work, serving clients, and learning the trade. 

Painting has always been a passion for Travis and helped financially support him through the University of British Columbia, while earning a business degree in Finance  and Accounting.  Upon graduation, his entrepreneurial passion led him to start his own company, Vantage Painting, and instill his values in the business. 

Honesty, integrity, openness and trust formed the foundation for his business and dealing with customers, suppliers, and employees.  These values combined with his insatiable pursuit of quality have resulted in exceptional service, affordable prices, and top-quality work.  Travis operates a smaller business as he feels it is not only important to remain involved with all clients but he finds this the most rewarding aspect of his painting business.

With a passion for client service, business management, and painting it was natural for Travis to begin Vantage Painting and he is fortunate to share his passions with his wife and three year old daughter.

When not painting Travis enjoys hiking, camping, fishing, and more or less any outdoor activity with his family.  You will also often find Travis playing hockey and other sports with his friends.
